Reduced l-glutathione: There is 425 mg per teaspoon in a new bottle. A lowering over time or oxidization of glutathione is natural. At the end of its 2-year shelf life, when stored in the refrigerator, there is approximately 350 mg. We use Opitac™ Glutathione.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Store this product in the refrigerator. Shake bottle. Take straight or mix with water or juice. Recommended adult starting serving is 1/2 - 1 teaspoon. Children: 1/4 teaspoon for every 30 lb of weight. Take the first serving in the morning on an empty stomach.
